Primary Health Development program
Primary health care is essential to a person for leading sound health throughout the life. This includes physical, mental, and social well-being of all people at all times. It is a whole-of-society approach to effectively organize and strengthen national health systems to bring services for health and wellbeing closer to communities. It is widely regarded as the most inclusive, equitable, and cost-effective way to achieve universal health coverage. It is also key to strengthening the resilience of health systems to prepare for, respond to and recover from shocks and crises. Under this project we covered coverhealth promotion, disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and palliative care and more in Rajshahi City Corporation area. We worked for 30 months with a budget of 45 lacs in the projected areas in association with Shapla Gram Unnayan Shangstha.
