Sub Component: 2.5: “Out of School Children” of PEDP4
The program aims to provide educational opportunities to drop-out children and support to mainstream formal education. Basically, primary, and planned education system, through which this great program aims to complete the primary education opportunity of the deprived students. This Time-based Agreement is made between the parties, Bureau of Non-formal Education (BNFE) under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (MoPME), People’s Republic of Bangladesh represented by the Director General, and, on the other hand, Shishu Protiva Bikash Kendro (SPBK), for support service for implementation of Second Chance Education Program under PEDP-4 for 7 (Seven) upazilas along with Mymensingh City Corporation of Mymensingh District for a period of 34 Months starting from 16 September 2020, and, Sadar Upazila of Banderban District for a period of 18 months starting from 14 January 2022.
